The Scandi Double Futon Frame is a sturdy and durable model, designed after the classic 'A' frame style futon.
The base is made in European redwood pine from managed forests and is cut and planed down in Cornwall. We then assemble it at our workshop here in Plymouth, where each section is put together in an assembly jig to ensure they are all the same and the sections are then joined with flush fit, easy fix, fasteners to keep it looking neat and tidy. This futon frame also features three supporting under-rails, for maximum strength as a bed or sofa.
This listing is for the frame only and would work with a tri-fold mattress, or with any conventional sprung mattress if kept open as a bed. However you use it, this is an excellent choice for updating an old futon, or as a new everyday bed frame where a minimal, natural style is desired.
Delivery:- is available throughout mainland UK taking 7 to 10 days from ordering, we will arrange a convenient week day with you.
Assembley:- the Scandi arrives in 2 sections that are joined together with simple fixings, there are also 3 small feet to attach using the same simple fixings, allow around 45 mins to unbox and assemble.
