The ever popular Ziggy Futon Bed has had an upgrade! 

Now available in a contemporary new colour, the Ziggy still features all the characteristics we'd grown to appreciate. It has softly curved end edges and clean Scandi lines, manufactured in solid FSC certified pine timber, but now finished in the beautiful new Carob Brown colour. 

This smoky colour gives a darker driftwood looking finish that looks incredibly smart in many interior aethetics. The pine slatted sleeping platform provides good ventilation for a futon or conventional mattress. If desired, you can add the optional traditional, compressed rice straw tatami mats for an authentic oriental look and feel. 

The Ziggy can be purchased as a frame only, available as a European Double (140cm x 200cm) or the massive Super King (160cm x 200cm) super king size, or combined with one of our futon mattresses in a choice of fillings to suit requirements. 

IMPORTANT Note: The mattress size needed for the Ziggy Bed is European size at 200 cm long. If you're buying a futon mattress from us, it will be sized to fit. If you're using a different mattress, please ensure you get a 200 cm length. 

Simple home assembly is required - please allow around 1.5 to 2 hours.

The Ziggy bed in Carob Brown is available from stock in the 160 x 200 cm size for quick delivery 7 to 10 days. The 140 x 200 cm size is available as a special order from Karup Design - delivery is 4 weeks.
